Job Location: Gurgaon

Job Type: Permanent

• Engage in transaction advisory engagements both buy-side and sell-side.
• Evaluate in detail the financial information such as trial balances, income statements, balance sheets and cash flows
• Conduct relevant financial analysis and identify key issues
• Responsible for smaller assignments or assisting in larger assignments by reporting to a manager
• Write sections of an FDD / VDD report
• Utilize data & analytics to develop operational insights to analyze profitability drivers and evaluate risks and opportunities of a company.
• Maintain industry skills and qualifications
• Learn and deploy new age technologies to improve insights and efficiency like Tableau, Dataiku, Alteryx, Snowflakes
• Review subordinate’s work and coach them
• Maintain strong professional relationships with clients
• Ad-hoc pre and post-acquisition due diligence and research support

• Qualifications: CA / CPA/ MBA / CFA / Master / PGDM in Finance or Accounting
• The candidate must have 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in Financial Due Diligence
• Working knowledge of accounting and financial skills (IFRS and GAAP)
• Strong analytics abilities and MS Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills /interpersonal skills.
• Highly motivated with an excellent work ethic and ability to work cooperatively with team members and client professionals
• Experiences with data analytics technologies such as Tableau, Alteryx, and Dataiku will be an added advantage
