Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Adobe Experience Cloud solutions, particularly Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), Real-time Customer Data Platform (RTCDP), and Adobe Analytics. This role involves troubleshooting, managing access controls, debugging SDKs, and supporting the implementation of new capabilities within AEP.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Adobe Analytics Setup & Configuration: Implement and configure Adobe Analytics, ensuring seamless data collection and reporting.
  • Web/App SDK Debugging: Troubleshoot and debug Adobe Web and Mobile SDKs using tools like Chrome DevTools, Charles Proxy, or Postman.
  • Access & Role Management: Administer user roles and permissions within the Adobe Experience Cloud ecosystem, ensuring security and compliance.
  • Real-time CDP Support: Assist in managing customer data ingestion, identity resolution, segmentation, and activation in Adobe Real-time CDP.
  • Proof of Concept (POC) & Feature Exploration: Conduct POCs to explore new capabilities in AEP, identifying innovative solutions for customer experience enhancements.
  • Collaboration & Troubleshooting: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, analytics, and development teams, to resolve technical issues and improve platform performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience working with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and Adobe Analytics.
  • Hands-on experience with Real-time CDP, audience segmentation, and data governance.
  • Strong knowledge of Adobe Web SDK and Mobile SDK debugging.
  • Experience with Adobe Launch (Tag Manager) for tracking and data collection setup.
  • Proficiency in debugging tools such as Chrome DevTools, Charles Proxy, and Postman.
  • Understanding of APIs, data connectors, and integrations with AEP.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret Adobe Analytics reports and customer journey data.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in customer data management and digital marketing.
  • Familiarity with JavaScript, JSON, and tag management principles.
  • Certification in Adobe Experience Cloud solutions is a plus.
