Job Location: Hyderabad
Job Type: Contractual (1 year)
Job Responsibilities: -
• Manage new hire onboarding activities from candidate acceptance through to date of joining.
• Check, coordinate and collate all new hire documentation.
• Create and maintain employee files.
• Maintain meticulous records of onboarding documentation in compliance with company
standards.
• Serve as first point of contact for customer calls and inquiries.
• Track and self-assign ServiceNow tickets
• Triage and resolve Tier 1 requests.
• Manage employee job data changes and offboarding activities.
• Ensure strict adherence to data privacy and confidentiality regulations when handling employee
information.
• A fundamental grasp of benefits policies to handle inquiries to employee benefits.
• Escalate more complex tickets to HR Operations Lead or appropriate resource within HR
Operations for resolution.
• Follow through to ensure that each ticket if fully resolved.
• Ensure complete and accurate data is maintained for reporting and reference.
• Meet established customer service goals and standards.
• Contribute to the improvement of the HR Operations processes and procedures.
• Continuously build relationships within HR Operations and across the business
• Work with team members to share knowledge on topics to ensure cross-training and scalability.
• Complete additional HR Operations projects as needed.
Job Requirements:-
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field
• Minimum one-year relevant experience in a similar environment
• Experience with relevant HR systems, applications, or tools
• Clear understanding of APAC onboarding processes
• Advanced MS Office knowledge
