1. Financial Strategy and Planning:

• Develop and execute the company's financial strategy in alignment with overall business objectives
• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes to ensure accuracy and effectiveness
• Analyze financial performance and provide insights to the executive team for informed decision-making

• Lead capital raising efforts, including equity and debt financing, with a focus on Series C fundraising
• Build and maintain relationships with investors, financial institutions, and other key stakeholders
• Optimize the company's capital structure and funding sources to support growth initiatives

• Establish and maintain robust financial controls, policies, and procedures to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Manage financial operations, including accounting, treasury, tax, and audit functions, to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and transparency

• Conduct in-depth financial analysis, scenario modeling, and risk assessment to support strategic decision-making and resource allocation
• Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track financial performance and drive operational improvements

• Collaborate closely with the executive team, board of directors, and external stakeholders to communicate financial performance, risks, and opportunities effectively
• Serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO and other senior leaders on financial matters

• CA with a minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting roles, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership position
• Proven experience in Series C fundraising and working with venture capital investors
• Strong understanding of financial modeling, valuation techniques, and capital markets
• Excellent analytical, strategic planning, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and lead cross-functional teams
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels
