Job Location: Hyderabad

Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee the preparation and dissemination of financial documents at the departmental and organizational levels
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement funding strategies
- Maintain, update, and control all financial statements in compliance with applicable laws and regulations, ensuring timely submission
- Prepare supporting schedules and conduct reconciliations for balance sheet and income statement line items
- To ensure smooth coordination between Auditors, Banks and companies management
- Demonstrate the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and resolve complex issues with minimal guidance
- Manage, train, and nurture team members
- Analyze the Summary MIS Report, encompassing revenue, receivables, purchases, payables, payroll, taxes, and compliance. Provide a concise weekly report to CEO including insights, challenges, and recommendations
Job Requirements:
- Semi-Qualified CA or MBA with a strong domain knowledge, exceptional communication skills, and proficiency in computer applications
- 10+ years of relevant working experience
- Understanding of fundamental finance, accounting, and bookkeeping principles
- Should have experience in team management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Capability to handle multiple projects concurrently
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities
- Office timing - 9am to 6pm for 6 days a week
