Job Responsibilities:

Managing and tracking of inventory levels in the warehouses
Manage vendors for the existing and the upcoming products
Take care of procurement and work with the warehouse team to ensure that orders are processed and delivered to customers in a timely and efficient manner
Build cost effective and risk averse LMD models across geographies. Also ensure that all deliveries are made in compliance with local, state and federal regulations
Always check with the TAT(Turnaround Time)
Work with customer service and other teams to enhance customer experience
Build value chains considering cost and customer experience
Manage headcount and work out on infrastructure planning
Mentoring of delivery centre managers
Liaising with multiple teams, such as Finance & Customer Service, and HO for smooth operations
Working as a part of project teams to plan and implement new initiatives at Delivery Centres
Managing all aspects of the last mile fleet including sourcing, contracting & required documentation

Job Requirements:

Graduate/MBA with 8+ years of experience in Ecommerce, logistics, distribution or supply chain
Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools
Highly organised and detail oriented
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team
Familiarity with local delivery regulations and laws
