Job Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment process including, JD preparation, CV sourcing, CV shortlisting, validation, interviews, and negotiation.
The role starts with understanding client requirements, scouting relevant profiles, connecting them with the clients, coordinating the interviews and assisting in offer negotiation and onboarding.
The person will be also be responsible for the management of existing client relationship and assisting in acquisition of new clients.
Screening and shortlisting the right candidates through various job portals and networking sites.
Create talent pipelines with high-potential candidates for future job opportunities.

Job Requirements:

MBA (Finance & HR) with 1 - 3 years of working experience as an HR Executive, HR Consultant, or a similar role in the Human Resources department.
Excellent knowledge and understanding of the Talent Acquisition cycle.
Should have experience of IT and Non-IT hiring
Ability to work in a team.
Excellent communication skills both oral and written.
