Job Responsibilities:
- Aim to optimize SEO & ASO efforts for achieving target keyword SERP ranking.
- Execute lifecycle campaigns for CRM, focusing on designing automated journeys to convert signups into transacting users and eventually loyal customers.
- Strategize, execute and optimize paid marketing ads on Facebook, Instagram, and Google on priority to acquire users at the lowest Cost of Acquisition (CAC).
- Collaborate with content creators across LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, etc., for influencer marketing efforts for month-on-month performance-based promotions
- Actively onboard and manage quality-focused affiliate partners, both for acquisitions and app traffic re-engagement, in their Affiliate Marketing initiatives.
- Establish digital-first brand partnerships to promote the company on various platforms as a part of a strategic approach.
- Prepare monthly plans for acquisitions, and execution across platforms. Primary ownership of plan vs achievement on spending, scale, and quality.
- Prepare a growth strategy to explore new avenues and initiatives to drive acquisitions through the funnel for overall growth.
Job Requirements:
- B.E. or B.Tech from tier-1 college
- Minimum 1 year of work experience in handling performance marketing across paid media, seo, aso, crm.
- Passionate about Personal investments space.
- Must have at least a basic understanding of paid media, seo, aso & crm channels.
- Experience with a crm platform such as Moengage, Webengage, Clevertap or similar.
- Excellent communication skills both oral and written.
