Job Responsibilities
- Actively participate in recruitment planning and develop strategies for talent acquisition and pipeline building.
- Utilize HR technology tools and systems effectively.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and support leadership in designing salary, benefits, and rewards programs to attract and retain top talent.
- Review existing HR operations and documentation to ensure compliance and improve efficiency.
- Define and document HR policies, processes, and best practices that align with the company's objectives and adhere to industry standards.
- Lead workforce planning, culture-building initiatives, and employee engagement strategies.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in HR and recruitment strategy development.
- Proficiency in using HR technology tools and systems.
- Strong knowledge of compliance and labor laws.
- Demonstrated expertise in policy-making and process documentation.
- Experience in workforce planning, culture building, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
