Job Responsibilities:
- Crafting Ind AS Financial statements in alignment with Schedule III Division III requirements.
- Overseeing and participating in the formulation and assessment of Expected Credit Loss (ECL), Expected Interest Rate (EIR), and other pertinent Ind AS adjustments.
- Compiling the Annual Operating Plan to guide our strategic financial decisions.
- Proficiently handling Ind AS accounting related to Deferred Acquisition (DA) and Premium Treatment Charge (PTC) transactions.
- Meticulously preparing RBI returns such as DNBS01, 03, 4A, and 4B, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards.
- Taking the lead in orchestrating the team responsible for the preparation of Ind AS financials.
- Generating the quarterly ACM deck presentation and the monthly Finance Management Information System (MIS) report.
- Conducting a meticulous Variance Analysis, scrutinizing Actuals versus Budgeted figures, conducting yield analyses, and assessing Key Ratios.
- Creating comprehensive Branch-wise and Business Segment-wise profitability reports.
- Demonstrating a history of effectively managing Tax audits, producing 3CD reports, and managing Income Tax returns.
- Collaborating in the oversight and support of wholesale financial transactional documentation, encompassing credit, brokerage, and capital markets documentation.
- Assisting the team in ensuring the timely and precise preparation and distribution of monthly financial and management reports.
Job Requirements:
- Chartered Accountant (CA) with a solid background encompassing 5-8 years of experience in the field of financial reporting.
- Prior experience in Non-Banking Financial Companies (NBFCs) are preferred.
- Possess strong interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with clients.
- Exhibit exceptional active listening, coordination, and presentation capabilities.
- Proficiency in both core and applied Accounting concepts, along with a comprehensive understanding of Books of Accounts.
- Experience in managing teams.
