Job Position: Workday Support
Job Location: Remote
Job Type: Contract
Job Responsibilities:-
- Act as the primary point of contact for all Workday-related inquiries and support requests, providing timely assistance and solutions to end-users
- Investigate and troubleshoot system issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify root causes and implement effective resolutions
- Assist with the configuration and customization of Workday modules and features to better align with user needs and organizational goals
- Provide comprehensive training and guidance to end-users on Workday functionality, best practices, and troubleshooting techniques
- Monitor system performance and proactively identify areas for improvement, making recommendations for enhancements or optimizations as needed
- Stay informed about Workday updates, releases, and industry trends, sharing knowledge and insights with the support team and end-users
Requirements:-
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- 1+ years of experience in a technical support role, with a focus on supporting Workday or other enterprise systems
- Good understanding of Workday functionality, including core HR, payroll, and benefits modules
- Good problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with users of all levels
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to providing exceptional customer service
- Workday certification(s) preferred
