Job Responsibilities:
- Will be responsible for client origination and gain an understanding of their debt requirements
- Employ various marketing channels to promote the bank's products and capabilities and pique market interest
- Develop a process for acquiring new clients, including the creation of marketing and sales standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Initiate and oversee client engagement by cultivating relationships with promoter and CXO level executives.
- Devise and execute strategies to increase the client base in specific geographic regions
- Foster and sustain connections with private equity funds, arrangers, and technology platforms to locate potential opportunities
- Collaborate closely with the Client Solutions team, Risk, Legal, and other internal stakeholders to establish early client engagement
Job Requirement:
- MBA in Finance or CA certification.
- 2-6 years of experience in debt markets / fund raising in banks / NBFC / Intermediaries /family office (preferable).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong professional network across corporates and NBFCs in the region
- Strong selling skills and understanding of banking products
- Good technical understanding of finance/credit/ratings.
- Ambitious and able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
