Key Responsibilities:

• Develop long-term business strategies for maximizing profitability aligned with organizational goals.
• Standardize initiatives to enhance operational efficiencies and accelerate business growth.
• Manage client relationships, ensuring high satisfaction levels and resolving issues promptly.
• Collaborate with vendors to provide customized business solutions and foster strong partnerships.
• Oversee logistics inputs and implement procedures for seamless operations.
• Optimize transportation costs through effective vendor and transporter coordination.
• Support marketing efforts and manage operations of value-added products/services.
• Evaluate pricing strategies for existing and new products/services based on market demand.
• Generate and present MIS reports to top management for strategic decision-making.
• Lead and motivate a diverse team, promoting a cooperative work environment.
• Recruit talented individuals and identify training needs to enhance operational efficiency.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with Transportation Management Systems preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field; MBA preferred.
• Proven senior management experience in logistics or related industry (12+ years).
• Strong analytical skills and ability to solve complex problems effectively
• Contributing to P&L 

• Bachelor’s/ Master degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• Proven experience in a senior management role within the logistics industry, with at least X years of demonstrated leadership.
• Strong understanding of logistics operations, including transportation management, warehousing, and supply chain processes.
• Experience in developing and implementing strategic plans to drive business growth and operational efficiency.
