Job Position: Commerce Cloud Specialist
Job Location: Remote
Job Type: Contract
Job Responsibilities:-
- Lead the implementation and customization of Salesforce Commerce Cloud solutions to meet business requirements and objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and IT, to design and develop e-commerce strategies and initiatives.
- Configure and optimize the Salesforce Commerce Cloud platform, including storefront customization, product catalog management, and payment gateway integration.
- Develop and implement e-commerce features and functionalities, such as promotions, discounts, and personalized recommendations, to enhance the online shopping experience.
- Monitor website performance, analyze key metrics, and identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.
- Conduct A/B testing and experimentation to optimize conversion rates, increase average order value, and improve customer engagement.
- Provide technical support and training to internal stakeholders on Salesforce Commerce Cloud functionalities and best practices.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and new features within Salesforce Commerce Cloud to recommend innovative solutions and enhancements.
- Ensure compliance with e-commerce best practices, security standards, and data protection regulations.
- Assist in the integration of Salesforce Commerce Cloud with other systems and platforms for seamless data flow and omnichannel integration.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in e-commerce, with a focus on Salesforce Commerce Cloud.
- Proficiency in Salesforce Commerce Cloud tools and technologies, including Storefront Reference Architecture (SFRA), Digital Store, and Einstein AI.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce concepts, principles, and best practices.
- Experience in website customization, HTML/CSS, JavaScript, and server-side programming languages (e.g., Java, Node.js).
- Knowledge of e-commerce analytics tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) for performance monitoring and optimization.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
- Salesforce Commerce Cloud certifications (e.g., B2C Commerce Developer, B2C Commerce Administrator) preferred.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies and project management tools (e.g., JIRA) is a plus.
- Proven track record of successfully implementing and optimizing e-commerce solutions to drive revenue growth and enhance customer experience.
