Job Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage all financial activities of the organization, including budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and reporting.
Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and providing strategic recommendations to the executive team.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive financial planning and budgeting processes.
Manage cash flow, liquidity, and working capital to optimize financial resources.
Prepare financial statements, reports, and presentations for management and external stakeholders.
Conduct financial analysis to support business decision-making, evaluate investment opportunities, and assess the financial impact of strategic initiatives.
Stay updated on industry trends, changes in accounting standards, and best practices in financial management.
Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

Job Requirements:

MBA in Finance or CA qualified
Proven experience in a similar senior finance role, preferably in the healthcare sector.
Strong knowledge of financial principles, regulations, and accounting standards.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Proficiency in financial management software and advanced MS Excel skills.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong leadership abilities with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
