Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Manage daily HR operations to ensure efficient and effective HR services.
- Implement and maintain HR policies and procedures in compliance with legal requirements and best practices.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements related to payroll and benefits.
- Organize and coordinate employee activities, events, and recognition programs.
- Provide guidance and support to managers on performance-related issues.
- lead and mentor the HR team to ensure high performance and professional growth.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in HR management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Over 10 years of progressive HR experience, with a focus on Talent Acquisition, Operations, Payroll, and Employee Engagement.
- Experience in the Facility Management, Manufacturing, Real Estate, Telecom Infrastructure, or Telecom Engineering industries would be preferred.
- Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work strategically and collaboratively across departments.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
