Job Responsibilities:

  • To make sure that all HR functions are performed according to planning and requirements
  • Managing the teams of both HR & Admin 
  • Actively participate in developing department goals, objectives and systems
  • Monitoring the performance evaluation program, checking on the compensation program and revision of the same as and when necessary
  • Assists in evaluation of reports, decisions and results of the department in relation to established goals
  • Suggests new approaches, policies, and procedures to frequently improve efficiency of the department and services performed
  • Guide team for recruitment strategy after checking the gap in manpower and recruitment procedure
  • Managing the payroll activities according to budget planning
  • Ensuring smooth implementation of  all policies, procedures & systems
  • Also regularly visiting the sites and checking to various procedures
  • Liaison with surrounding Government Body like Sarpanch, Talati & Other reputed person
  • To check that all legal compliances and documentations are followed properly
  • To provide with all the data required for Audit as and when required 
  • Manage yearly increment, promotion, transfer, or demotion of employees
  • Make company policies and benefit programs aiming towards the employee satisfaction
  • Perform schedule check in all HR/Legal/Admin department to ensure document & database management 
  • Plan and implement budget for the Admin department 
  • Approving of the external agencies invoices and proposals
  • Coordinate with Delhi Head Office and provide data as and when required 
  • Supervise facilities management activities such as Canteen Management, Housekeeping, Guest Relations and Security Management 
  • To take care of employee Engagement Activities 
  • Manage all the global HR tools 
  • Act as an interface between Director, HOD, Manager and employees
  • Coordinate with external bodies such as Vendors, Consultants Government Authorities, etc.

Job Requirements:

  • Should have 15 -20 years of experience in a similar role
  • Good communication qualities and interpersonal skills required
  • Should have good fluency in English, Hindi and/or Gujarati
  • Should be well versed with the knowledge of Labour Laws & Cyber Laws
  • Knowledge of SAP HCM
