Job Responsibilities:
  • Generate leads within the specified verticals, aiming to achieve at least 10 times the targeted revenue.
  • Meet and surpass revenue goals.
  • Negotiate, review, and close contracts effectively.
  • Contribute to both organic and inorganic growth strategies.
  • Play a role in determining costing for services.
  • Collect monthly feedback from clients regarding services.
  • Keep abreast of market trends and gather intelligence.
  • Manage and monitor accounts receivables efficiently.
  • Collaborate with operations teams to establish SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) for prospects.
  • Create and update presentations (PPT).
  • Deliver presentations to prospects.
  • Present to existing clients.
  • Provide sales presentations to the GK Management.
  • Monitor sales performance on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis, maintaining accurate MIS (Management Information System) records.
  • Keep clients informed about their business growth to assess future cold chain logistics needs.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of client interactions and transactions.
  • Address client queries promptly and effectively.
Job Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in sales and marketing.
  • A minimum of a bachelor's degree.
  • Applicants should be between 28 and 40 years old.
  • Essential experience in Supply Chain Sales & Marketing, particularly in the field of cold warehousing.
