Job Position: Senior Investment Banking Professional ( Investor Relations)
Job Location: Mumbai
Job Responsibilities:-
Debt Fundraising Strategy:
- Develop and execute comprehensive debt fundraising strategies tailored to the specific needs and growth trajectory of NBFCs
Relationship Management:
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with treasuries, financial institutions, and investors to facilitate successful debt fundraising initiatives
Financial Analysis:
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis, including cash flow modeling, risk assessment, and scenario analysis, to support debt issuance decisions and optimize funding structures
Due Diligence:
- Oversee due diligence processes, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and investor expectations
Deal Structuring:
- Collaborate with senior leadership to structure debt transactions, negotiate terms, and optimize pricing to achieve favorable outcomes for the startup
Market Research:
- Stay abreast of market trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory developments in debt capital markets to identify opportunities and mitigate risks
Presentation and Communication:
- Prepare compelling pitch materials, presentations, and investment memoranda to effectively communicate the startup's value proposition and financing needs to prospective investors and lenders
Team Leadership:
- Mentor junior team members, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and contribute to the overall success of the investment banking team
Job Requirements:
- Education: CA, MBA, and / or CFA
- Experience: 3-6 years of progressive experience in investment banking, with a focus on debt capital markets and fundraising. Proven track record of successfully executing debt transactions and building relationships with investors
- Analytical Skills: Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills, including proficiency in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and risk assessment
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex financial concepts and strategies in a clear and concise manner
- Entrepreneurial Spirit: Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for startups, innovation, and driving growth in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
