Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for attaining the sales targets set for the region
- Accountable for driving new business growth and maintaining a steady revenue stream for the organization.
- Develop and implement strategies to identify and tap into untapped markets with potential for growth.
- Establish, cultivate, and sustain enduring relationships with key client decision-makers and accounts over the long term.
- Providing a comprehensive comprehension of product pricing, features, and their influence on profitability.
- Accountable for assembling and leading the regional sales team while fostering a robust, performance-driven sales culture.
- Managing key client decision-makers and ensuring exceptional relationship management with them. Utilizing corporate relationships to drive deal closures and prioritize successful outcomes.
- Collaborating with insurers and Third-Party Administrators (TPAs) to enhance service offerings and deliver competitive quotes to clients.
- Monitoring competitor activities to gain insights into market trends and proactively respond with strategic actions.
- Conducting a thorough risk portfolio analysis, recommending strategies to mitigate losses, and ensuring a sustainable bottom line.
Job Requirements:
- 6+ years of relevant experience in General insurance
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong Consultative & Negotiation skills
- Managing high performing and effective teams
