Job Responsibilities:


  • Responsible for attaining the sales targets set for the region
  • Accountable for driving new business growth and maintaining a steady revenue stream for the organization.
  • Develop and implement strategies to identify and tap into untapped markets with potential for growth.
  • Establish, cultivate, and sustain enduring relationships with key client decision-makers and accounts over the long term.
  • Providing a comprehensive comprehension of product pricing, features, and their influence on profitability.
  • Accountable for assembling and leading the regional sales team while fostering a robust, performance-driven sales culture.
  • Managing key client decision-makers and ensuring exceptional relationship management with them. Utilizing corporate relationships to drive deal closures and prioritize successful outcomes.
  • Collaborating with insurers and Third-Party Administrators (TPAs) to enhance service offerings and deliver competitive quotes to clients.
  • Monitoring competitor activities to gain insights into market trends and proactively respond with strategic actions.
  • Conducting a thorough risk portfolio analysis, recommending strategies to mitigate losses, and ensuring a sustainable bottom line.


Job Requirements: 

  • 6+ years of relevant experience in General insurance
  •  Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong Consultative & Negotiation skills 
  • Managing high performing and effective teams
