Job Type: Permanent - Remote
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement recruiting strategies for Salesforce, SAP, and ERP positions.
- Source candidates using job boards, social media, networking, and direct outreach.
- Conduct initial candidate screenings and coordinate interviews.
- Maintain and update candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide regular updates.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience and promote the company's employer brand.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in IT recruitment.
Job Requirements:
- 1-8 years of experience in IT recruitment, with a focus on Salesforce, SAP, and ERP roles.
- Strong understanding of the technical skills required for these positions.
- Excellent sourcing and networking abilities.
- Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
