Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Program Manager with expertise in Document Management Systems (DMS), particularly with Box, to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and managing cross-functional programs related to DMS implementations,upgrades, and integrations. The Program Manager will work closely with stakeholders across various departments to ensure project alignment with business objectives and successful delivery within scope, time, and budget.
Key Responsibilities:
● Program Leadership: Lead and manage end-to-end program activities for DMS Box, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closing phases.
● Stakeholder Management: Engage with stakeholders across departments to gather requirements, define project scope, and ensure alignment with business goals.
● Resource Management: Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to allocate resources efficiently and manage dependencies across projects.
● Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with DMS Box Programs, ensuring minimal impact on project timelines and outcomes.
● Budget Management: Develop and manage program budgets, ensuring cost-effective delivery of solutions.
● Performance Monitoring: Track program performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques to ensure projects are on track and meet quality standards.
● Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed program documentation and provide regular updates to senior management on program status, issues, and risks.
● Change Management: Develop and implement change management strategies to facilitate smooth adoption of new DMS Box solutions across the organization.
● Compliance: Ensure that all program activities adhere to industry standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
Qualifications and Skills:
● Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree or PMP certification is a plus.
● Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in program management, with at least 3 years focusing on DMS, particularly with Box.
● Technical Skills: Strong understanding of DMS platforms, with expertise in Box. Familiarity with integration tools and techniques.
● Leadership Skills: Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
● Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
● Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and manage complex projects.
● Project Management Tools: Proficiency in project management software such as Microsoft Project, Jira, or similar tools.
● Certifications: PMP, Scrum Master, or other relevant certifications are preferred.
