Job Responsibilities:
- Building relationships with large IFA's, national distributors, banks, and direct clients to increase assets under management
- Developing and executing promotional strategies at the investor and distributor level to expand market presence and improve brand recognition
- Expanding the network of channels and providing essential technical and soft skill training
- Ensuring smooth branch operations while strictly adhering to compliance regulations
- Offering investment advice and selling PMS products to HNI clients across various sectors, including banking, non-banking, institutional, and offshore investors.
- Maintaining strong relationships with intermediaries such as SCB, HDFC, MOSL, Kotak Privy, Aditya Birla, IDFC, RBL, Fisdom, Yes Bank, Tata Capital, IndusInd, Edelweiss, and others.
- Responsible for onboarding, training, and generating business from IFAs in the region
- Sales Relationship Managers will receive support from a Sales Support team and a Runner at the local level
Job Requirements:
- Directly accountable to the National Sales Head
- Positions available in Chennai, Ahmedabad, Pune, Delhi, and Mumbai
- Required qualifications: Graduation or post-graduation (preferably in Sales, Finance, or Marketing)
- Experience range: 5 to 8 years in Mutual Funds (MF), Asset Management Company (AMC), Portfolio Management Services (PMS), Alternative Investment Funds (AIF), or Distribution
