Summary
The Project Coordinator works under the guidance of a Programme or Project Manager, responsible for coordinating work streams within an internal project. This role ensures that work packages are delivered on time, within a pre-defined cost and schedule, and according to the internal customer’s specifications, using established project management methodologies and company standard processes.
Experience
- 10+ years of experience as a Project Coordinator in the telecom industry, with a specific focus on Fibre Networks (not Mobile).
Good Experience in:
- Managing financial and project progress forecasting, maintaining and tracking SOW resources, PO receipting, and reports as appropriate.
- Collaborating with the Programme/Project Manager to ensure change control procedures are in place and actively used to assess the impact of changes on project costs, timelines, and resource needs.
- Creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports.
