Job Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment process including, JD preparation, CV sourcing, CV shortlisting, validation, interviews, and negotiation.
- The role starts with understanding client requirements, scouting relevant profiles, connecting them with the clients, coordinating the interviews and assisting in offer negotiation and onboarding.
- The person will be also be responsible for the management of existing client relationship and assisting in acquisition of new clients.
- Screening and shortlisting the right candidates through various job portals and networking sites.
- Create talent pipelines with high-potential candidates for future job opportunities.

Job Requirements:

- MBA (Finance & HR) with 1 - 8 years of working experience as an HR Executive, HR Consultant, or a similar role in the Human Resources department.
- Excellent knowledge and understanding of the Talent Acquisition cycle.
- Should have an experience of Non-IT hiring including domains such as Brokerage, Insurance , AIF and Portfolio Management System
- Ability to work in a team.
- Excellent communication skills both oral and written. 

- Experience in Retail hiring, including store staff hiring is mandatory.
