Job Responsibilities:
Preparing monthly forecast updates, tracking and analyzing key financial and operational KPIs across business segments.
Preparing accurate management and budget analysis reports for management, conducting root cause analysis to investigate variances in operational and financial performance, generating actionable insights to support decision-making and business performance,
Continuously optimizing financial processes and systems with best practices and technology.
Job Requirements:
To be considered for this role, you should have a minimum of 2 years of relevant working experience and possess a strong knowledge of accounting and financial principles.
You should also have strong critical thinking and analytical skills with the ability to present insights meaningfully, solid written and verbal communication skills with good interpersonal skills, be organized with attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and other financial analysis tools, and be self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and proactive in finding better ways to do things.
Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or accountancy is preferred.
