Responsibilities:- Lead the development, implementation, and evaluation of vocational training programs aligned with industry needs and government policies
- Manage the program development cycle, including curriculum design, trainer recruitment and onboarding, content creation, and resource allocation
- Conduct needs assessments and market research to identify skill gaps and tailor programs accordingly
- Oversee the operational aspects of training programs, including logistics, budgeting, monitoring, and reporting
- Ensure efficient execution of training activities, including workshops, seminars, and practical sessions
- Implement quality control measures and conduct regular program evaluations to ensure effectiveness and continuous improvement
- Create and manage loyalty programs tailored to the needs and preferences of blue-collar workers, driving engagement and retention.
- Stay updated on relevant regulations and compliance requirements governing workforce development and loyalty programs, ensuring adherence to legal standards.
- Build strong relationships with rural communities and understand their training needs and aspirations
- Develop effective communication strategies to engage potential trainees and promote the benefits of skill development
- Conduct outreach activities to identify and recruit eligible trainees through various channels
- Advocate for skill development as a critical driver of social and economic growth
- Lead and motivate a team of training professionals, providing guidance and support in curriculum development, training delivery, and program management
- Foster a collaborative and results-oriented work environment that promotes innovation and continuous learning
- Identify and develop the skills and competencies of team members to ensure program success
Qualifications:
- Graduate or Post Graduate degree in a relevant field
- 10+ years of experience in the workforce development, with a focus on upskilling and loyalty programs for blue-collar workers. skill Development or Ed-Tech industry, preferably in a leadership role.
- Experience in designing, implementing, and evaluating vocational training programs for diverse populations
- Experience in managing training activities, budgets, and resources
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to connect with various stakeholders, including rural communities
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to program improvement
- Passion for promoting social development and economic empowerment through education and skill development
