Job Responsibilities: -
- Collaborates closely with SMEs to configure global absence plans within Oracle Fusion HCM.
- Participates in the review and collection of business requirements to support Oracle Fusion Absence setup and administration.
- Develops test plans and documentation for managing the testing process.
- Proficient in reviewing and troubleshooting the integration of the Absence module with Time and Labor and Payroll systems in Oracle HCM.
- Demonstrates capability in managing and executing absence administration processes.
- Proficient in understanding and troubleshooting approval workflows, creating Fast Formulas, and generating BI reports in the Oracle HCM system.
- Drafts Business Requirement Documents (BRD) following company's standard format.
- Able to comprehend technical design requirements and effectively communicate them to both IT and business partners.
- Offers knowledge of best practices in administering a global absence module based on experience.
- Conducts system troubleshooting, leads reviews, testing, and implementation of system enhancements, collaborating with IT staff and documenting processes and results.
- Provides production support, addressing HR technology issues, unexpected results, or process flaws.
- Conducts regular data audits and implements validation measures to ensure data integrity.
- Makes recommendations for re-engineering and improving the effectiveness of various HR processes.
- Familiarity with working with large datasets, utilizing PeopleSoft Excel to CI functionality.
- Understanding of SQL and PeopleSoft query to analyze data and establish requirements for IT.
Job Requirements:-
- Extensive industry experience and/or a strong background in similar roles.
- Proficient in setting up absence plans and configuring fast formulas for automated time-off accrual in Oracle Fusion or other Oracle cloud applications.
- Thorough understanding and hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud HCM.
- Familiarity with technologies supporting various HR disciplines, including HRIS (HR Job Management, HR Org Management, HR Master Data, Compensation, Benefits, etc.), Talent Acquisition, Talent Development (Learning and Performance Management), Onboarding, Engagement, HR Operations, and experience with PeopleSoft HCMS, with a preference for Oracle Cloud HCM.
- Experience in integrating Absence with Benefit, Time and Labor, Payroll, etc.
- Proficient in approval workflow management.
- Highly desired experience in ServiceNow and Jira ticket management. Comfortable using Microsoft Productivity Suite.
- Capable of independently project managing and delivering on commitments with stakeholders.
- Solid understanding of HR Functional areas and how downstream data flow from HRIS supports each function.
- Possesses skills in Stakeholder Management, Managing Expectations, Prioritization, Conflict Management, and Decision Making Quality.
